Quality policy

  The Quality policy adopted by OMP Porro is based on the following points:   

1. To guarantee and constantly improve customer satisfaction by responding to expectations and fulfilling the requirements of the product and service in order to become an increasingly important supplier for them;

2. To promote the continuous improvement of product quality, service and the effectiveness of the quality system;

3. To respond promptly to market developments through a flexible and competitive organization;

4 .coinvolgere in all its processes all personnel allowing them to grow professionally and feel a real part of the quality system.

  The implementation of this policy led to the activation of the following actions:    

1. To define and specify the responsibilities, roles, tasks for the different process phases;

2. To fine-tune the internal rules adopted as organizational, procedural and operational reference standards in the management of activities;

3. To prevent the occurrence of non-conformities during the course of the processes;

4. To identify and record non-conformities, promoting the activation of suitable corrective actions and the consolidation of the solutions adopted;

5. To promote the development of the skills of professional resources, favoring integration and collaboration between internal organizational areas, activating training actions;

6. To enhance the know-how possessed, activating the dissemination of good practices and pursuing its optimization to make working methods a common heritage.
